We help international nurses find their path to a US career.
Between visa rules, licensing, credential evaluation, and thousands of hospitals, the path from a nursing license abroad to a job in the US is harder to navigate than it should be. We're building the directory, the data, and the community we wished existed when we started.
What you'll find here
- A directory of 5,400+ US hospitals — searchable by state, Magnet recognition, Global Workforce Badge, and international-friendliness. Each profile shows beds, RN count, surrounding-area community context, and the local cost of living.
- A community— visible to registered users only, moderated, organized by hospital and by topic. A place to ask honest questions and get honest answers from people who've walked the path.
- Free guides and resources — visa pathways, NCLEX prep, credential evaluation, what to expect when you arrive. Written by people who actually did this.
If you're a hospital administrator or recruiter, you can create an account and claim your hospital's page for free to add information for prospective nurses. That's it.
