The Ireland nurse diaspora in the US

The Irish-American community is one of the oldest and largest European diaspora groups in the US, numbering over 30 million people with Irish ancestry. Irish-trained nurses benefit from English-language education, strong NMBI registration standards, and well-established credential transfer pathways. NMBI registration transfers cleanly through CGFNS.

NCLEX-RN testing centers near Ireland

Ireland does not currently have an NCLEX testing center. Irish candidates typically travel to London (UK) to sit for the exam — multiple Pearson VUE locations are available there.
